Reiki is a complementary energy healing practice intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. Reiki is not a substitute for medical care, psychological treatment, or professional healthcare advice.

Sacred Phoenix Reiki does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or interfere with medical treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek the advice of a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional for any medical or mental health concerns.

Participation in Reiki sessions is voluntary, and clients assume full responsibility for their own health and well-being. Individual experiences and results may vary.

By booking or receiving services from Sacred Phoenix Reiki, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer.

Refund Policy 

At Sacred Phoenix Reiki, all sessions are reserved specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and refunds are not offered for completed sessions.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With proper notice, your session may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

If an unforeseen circumstance arises on the practitioner’s end, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
