Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients’ scheduled times, with the full session fee still applying.
Services Disclaimer
Reiki is a complementary energy healing practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare treatment. Sacred Phoenix Reiki does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or mental health condition.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after sessions. By booking a session, you confirm that you understand Reiki is a voluntary wellness practice.
Confidentiality
All client information and session details are kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
Right to Refuse Service
Sacred Phoenix Reiki reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone at any time if the session is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
Policy Changes
Sacred Phoenix Reiki reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this website and take effect immediately.
By booking or receiving services from Sacred Phoenix Reiki, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
